"We haven't been able to pull up the surveillance footage because all of the cameras that could have recorded the scene on that stretch of road temporarily went black. The transportation department has already dispatched people to investigate the site, suspecting that someone intentionally sabotaged the cameras."
The police told Li Lu everything about the news brought from the transportation department, and at the same time, they carefully observed Li Lu's reaction.
The reaction from Li Lu was within their expectations, still calm and composed.
"So you suspect I wanted to murder her, and that I'd been planning it for a long time? Quite the imagination."
Li Lu wasn't worried at all about being wrongfully accused; there were so many onlookers on the road at the time of the incident, just randomly picking one to ask would clear her of suspicion.
