The next time I created an opening in her defenses, I moved as though I was going for yet another Death Adder Sword Strike, but I actually charged a Blossom Ray Thrust.
The deception worked, as she moved to perform another desperate parry against the wrong type of attack. "Okay, that hurt. Nice move."
