The Spirit Cleansing Waterfall was located deep in the second level. It took quite some time for the supervising elder to go through various checks and verifications for us to finally approach it. During that time, I tried to arrange to have Jong come and visit with me for at least a little while, but it was no good. That was no big deal, though.
Finally, we took in the sight of the waterfall itself. It was large enough to be flowing from a decent-sized Earth river, though of course by the standards of the Celestial River it didn't even qualify as a stream. As for how this much was diverted from the Celestial River, and what was done to it to give it its purifying properties (I did know that it wasn't as simple as bathing in Celestial Water under pressure) it was a secret so guarded that I doubted even those who tended it really knew.
