When we entered the Rising Sun Great Auction Hall, it took quite a bit of effort for me not to look too impressed. It was arguably the fanciest place I'd ever seen, with less gaudiness than any Dive Game auction house I'd set foot in. Clearly, the designers had considered feng shui throughout the process. Gold trim, fountains of marble, or quite probably some fancier material with more Qi infused in it, plush, comfortable seats in waiting areas, the place had the works.
Somewhat to my surprise, Jue Zhu was the one of us who seemed to need the least effort not to look like an easily impressed tourist. In fact, was that disdain on his face? Certainly, as a Laborer in our old world, he had little reason to admire or whatsoever trust those with wealth, come to think of it.
