After their victorious battle in the Shadow Vale, Benjo and Lyra returned to Luminara. The city was abuzz with preparations for the upcoming Festival of Lights, an annual celebration of hope and bravery.
While helping with the preparations, Benjo noticed a familiar face in the crowd. It was his old friend, Rico, from Cebu! He couldn't believe his eyes.
"Rico!" Benjo exclaimed, rushing towards him.
Rico turned around, his eyes widening in surprise. "Benjo? Is that really you?"
The two friends embraced, both shocked and relieved to find each other in this strange world. Rico explained that he too had been transported to Lumina after a bizarre incident involving an antique mirror.
Rico's arrival brought a piece of home to Benjo. They spent the night reminiscing about Cebu, sharing their experiences in Lumina, and laughing at their unexpected reunion.
