I fired several Envious Flames at the crossbow-armed dwarves. Still, I aimed at the ground on their feet… thanks to that, they exploded, and the increase in heat in the area made the dwarves flinch. In that short window of time, I charged at them, and when they recovered, the last thing some of them saw was me swinging my ax at them. The weapon beheaded them with ease…
