At eight in the morning, having slept for just over two hours, Qin Yuanzhu left the Qin Family residence with his eyes bloodshot. He got into the Audi that had come to pick him up and raced to the National Arrest Department.
Less than twenty minutes after entering his office, a male staff member hurried in, carrying a white plastic bag containing a DSLR camera and a data cable.
"Minister Qin, this was found at the entrance this morning."
After speaking with a grave expression, the staff member lifted the plastic bag to show it to Qin Yuanzhu.
Qin Yuanzhu glanced at the camera and asked indifferently, "Do you know who left it?"
"Not yet! We've reviewed the surveillance footage, but due to the camera angle, it didn't capture the incident. Furthermore, after technical inspection, the camera's fingerprints have been wiped clean, indicating that the person who delivered the camera is quite professional."
