"Yes," Tang Hongyuan responded respectfully and then turned to leave through the doorway.
"Wait a moment, Brother Tang." Suddenly, Li Changlin smiled and called for him to stop. Tang Hongyuan turned back in astonishment to find Li Changlin had calmly taken a seat opposite Tang Zhongtian.
"Brother Li, what is this about?" Tang Hongyuan turned around, puzzled, and his mouth fell open in surprise.
Li Changlin chuckled, "It's just to have you stay as a witness; don't overthink it."
Tang Hongyuan didn't understand what Li Changlin meant by that, so he looked up at the elder.
Tang Zhongtian started to laugh nonchalantly, "It's fine. I didn't really want you to see this, but since he doesn't want you to leave, you might as well stay."
"Yes," Tang Hongyuan replied and nervously took a seat to one side.
