"What about your shop?" Li Changlin didn't mind—since he and Qian Ziwei had established a relationship, he couldn't keep people at arm's length.
"It's fine. I could use a rest anyway; I'll just close for a few days." Boss Qian was just so willful, not caring at all about the feelings of her customers.
Fortunately, those customers hadn't heard the conversation between the two, or else Li Changlin definitely would have been berated to death.
As they ate, they chatted without bringing up the thermos incident.
Although Li Changlin really wanted to know how Qian Ziwei had dealt with those soups, he felt somewhat embarrassed.
This was a bit awkward, to say the least.
If Qian Ziwei knew he had wanted to drug Lin Ruonan, who knew if she would get angry? It was truly too embarrassing.
After the meal, Qian Ziwei cleaned up the dishes and went to wash them in the kitchen. Li Changlin was happy to wash his hands of the task—having one more girlfriend really was wonderful.
