The next morning.
A modestly luxurious car slowly drove in, passing through the scattering of exquisite villas amidst verdant trees, and finally stopped before the imposing villa at the center.
The car door opened, and a woman's slender, fair legs stepped out first, dressed in a black strappy dress, with petite high heels, and a faint smile hanging on her lips.
As soon as Gu Danyu entered the door, she saw a row of servants standing on both sides, bending over and saying in unison, "Madam."
Her smile froze slightly, and she cleared her throat, "Just call me Miss Gu."
She wasn't actually married to Lu Yancheng yet, she had only carried the title of fiancée for three years.
The Butler leading the pack took her suitcase, smiling warmly, "Madam, my surname is Chen, I am the butler here."
"Uncle Chen, please, just call me Miss Gu."
It seemed as though Uncle Chen hadn't heard her, continuing, "Madam, the young master has already arranged everything. I will take you to your room."
It's just a title, after all.
Gu Danyu nodded and followed along.
The grand hall that came into view was the epitome of luxury, with simple yet elegant decorations all around.
Her bedroom was on the third floor, right next to Lu Yancheng's, and everything inside had already been neatly arranged.
"Madam, your tea."
The surrounding servants stealthily eyed the new mistress of the house, with looks ranging from contempt to unease.
After all, the reputation she previously had for being unreasonable was so deep-rooted that even they were aware of it.
The woman on the sofa nodded slightly, picked up the teacup, and tasted the tea with elegant motions, her profile peaceful and beautiful.
Gu Danyu's gaze fell on the rising steam, her mind wandering.
In the past, as she moved through different realms, there had always been time constraints, constantly on edge either for her own survival or revenge. Now, in this rare peaceful environment, she found herself feeling somewhat out of place.
As if to confirm the woman's thoughts, the sound of a phone suddenly rang not too far away.
Uncle Chen hurried to answer the call, his amiable smile gradually freezing, "Okay, understood, I'll be right there."
After hanging up, he frowned, occasionally glancing over at the woman on the sofa.
Gu Danyu raised an eyebrow, "Something the matter?"
Uncle Chen scratched his head, torn internally.
He had watched the young master grow up, and it had been no easy feat for the usually reserved man to bring a fiancée home.
Uncle Chen was extremely pleased with the woman before him, but before she could even get comfortable, the sixth young master had caused trouble.
What if she got scared off?
After much hesitation, Uncle Chen still mumbled, "The... the sixth young master, he, he gave his homeroom teacher a beating, and it seems it was quite severe. The school has asked for a parent to come over."
Gu Danyu's hand paused while holding the teacup, which she then placed on the table.
Beating up the homeroom teacher? Quite the feat, this kid!
She stood up, draping the coat by her side over her shoulders, "Let's go."
"Go... where to?" Chen was taken aback.
But the woman had already passed him, "To the school, of course. Didn't they ask for a parent to come over?"
Uncle Chen pondered to himself, as Miss Gu was determined to go. He had just meant to inform her, planning as usual to be the one to pick up the sixth young master.
Watching the car drive away, Uncle Chen stood at the door, fraught with worry.
Things should... be alright, right?

"Hello, could you tell me where the principal's office is?"
The young girl was cleaning the hallway when a crisp female voice called out to her.
Looking up, the woman stood against the light, her skin delicate as snow, eyes shimmering, the corners of her lips gently curved up, making the girl nervously stutter, "It's, it's up ahead, then turn left."
Staring at the retreating figure of the woman, the young girl couldn't help but murmur, "So it's true, there are indeed fairies in this world."
"Wuwuwu, Principal, you must stand up for me, look how viciously this little beast hit me..."
"Teacher Wang, I've already called the Lu Family, please be patient for a little while longer."
Gu Danyu hadn't yet entered the door when she heard the sharp nagging noise in the hallway.
Little beast?
She furrowed her brows and knocked on the door.
Upon hearing the knock, Principal Liu finally let out a sigh of relief.
The Lu Family was one of the main benefactors of the school; he couldn't afford to offend them. Plus, Wang Fang wouldn't stop wailing in his ear, giving him a headache.
"So you're Lu Jun's parent? How do you usually teach him?"
"Don't think that you can do anything you want just because you have money."
"Now he even dares to hit a teacher, what will become of him when he grows older? He's simply a scourge to society."
Wang Fang was ranting incessantly until she realized that the atmosphere seemed off.
Looking at the cool-faced woman at the door, Principal Liu awkwardly rubbed his hands, "Miss, may I ask who you are?"
Without a word, Gu Danyu entered and glanced at the young man sitting with his legs crossed, "Lu Jun?"
The young man had his hair dyed in multiple colors, a cross necklace around his neck, a ripped skull-print shirt, and an unabashedly defiant look in his eyes, "Gu Danyu? What are you doing here?"
