Xing Zhize and Qiao Qing were labeled the 'Paper Bridge CP', while Zhan Zheng and Yao Yingying, who had been excessively affectionate on the show and could even be described as greasy, were given the name 'Tea Slag Oil'. Liu Zhiyuan and Tong Na became the 'Double Strength CP', and lastly, Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen were termed the 'Pleasing Couple'.
The fans' primary intention was to combine one character from each of the couple's names and create a new name by punning or noting their similarity.
