The little girl was led by the medical staff to a safe place, where many adults in white coats were bustling about. There was not a single face she recognized.
The little girl nervously clung to the nurse's hand.
"Good girl, don't worry, your sister here will take you to a nice place," the nurse reassured, leading the girl away.
As they entered deeper into the facility, she began to see other children around her age, all engaging in strange training.
In the innermost room, a man in a suit sat at the head of the room, his hands crisscrossed under his chin as he observed the little girl. She looked back at him, wide-eyed.

Meanwhile, at a civilian's house——
The young woman of the house quickly let in a pale-faced woman and a teenager, leading them into the room.
"You've been very helpful, we had nowhere else to go," the woman remarked with a bitter smile, sitting on the sofa and patting the boy's head.
