Originally, the early part of Shen Ruchu's statement was quite irritating. Who would have thought that the second half could be more frustrating? Throughout the conversation, she seemed confident that this man would regret his decision and come back to work at Southwest Entertainment in a few days.
After all, Southwest Entertainment offers higher salaries than other companies.
What she didn't understand was...
That the salary she was proud of was just a bit higher than other companies, but employee benefits were worse and overtime was underpaid.
In summary, she didn't have any commendable employee packages to brag about.
