Chapter 12 - Chapter 12 - Lokir

"ah...so what is this? What am I looking at Argos?"

Before aedhira, was...space.

Literal space. The starry view the night sky.

...wait night? Sky?

"Im not sensing any air Argos....where are we?"

[This is your home young master, the type-47 natural satellite, Lokir]

"Lokir? We're not on Veria?"

[No sire, if you look to your left, you will see what you are looking for]

Aedhira swing his head to the left, rays of light shining against the metallic black of the visor.

"Oh my...what the f"

[That, sire, is the mother, She is Veria]

Argos wasn't talking about a woman, he had described a planet. A humongous planet, a great many times the size of the earth, nearly as big as the sun!

[Veria is approximately 114 times the size of the Host star of planet earth, sire]

"Earth? You mean dirt?"

[Sire, please focus on what is ahead of you.]

"Right, right...so what do I do?" Aedhira looks around the surface.

No soil. No trees. No atmosphere. Just a desolate surface, that reflected the shine of the stars with a metallic yet mirror-like sheen. That was just the immediate surroundings.

Farther off, he could see all kinds of violet flavored terrain. Mountains, and hills.

Mostly hills.

...

"This is rather grim"

[Argos 2 had been rendered uninhabitable after an Monolith had been ejected beyond Veria's surface back during the imperial cycle of 343.7k]

"343.7k? What's the k for?"

[Sire, as Sor Astiran has programmed your language models to mimick his own, I have yet to be trained to facilitate all the planetary models.

I am afraid I do not know what K could mean]

"Hm. I'll figure it out eventually. Let's head back inside"

'Sor Astiran?' he thought to himself.

As he set forth back to the entrance...exit? Aedhira asked a question.

"Who's Sor Astiran?"

[In due time, sire. For now, lets tackle your issues one at a time?] Argos said, like he was pacifying a child that was asking for candy.

"Hmph" Aedhira let out an unsatisfied grunt, as he walked.
