At the conference room there were more than 20 people in the meeting with CEO of the companies. Nathan Walton, the CEO of three companies. The Walton's art gallery, Walton's home of fashion for men and women and The Walton's secured goods and travel's.
Each top representatives of the companies attended the meeting. The conference turned sour ever since the boss set his foot in. Each, individual didn't dare to look at the young boss soar and yet handsome face.
He was going through all the reported documents that were given to him.
From the start of the meeting, people only took a quick glance on his unreadable face.
After 10 mins, he finished to go through the all documents that took the employees weeks to prepare. And when he raised his head to the people Infront of him, all eyes where down snd heads were down like they were about to reach the floor.
The CEO or The young boss, isn't that much of a talker, but he always carry this aura around him which makes people tremble whenever he is around.
" I'll need more than this" his voice was calm and yet scary " you've got two more days folks, I hope you've received what I sent. And given by the results that you brought today, it seems you haven't gone through any of the ti..." he paused " i mean the shit that I sent because no one touched the shitty papers" his calm voice made the trembling only to increase in each and every second to everyone in the room.
He turned his head to a good-looking woman who happened to be in her 30s and she had her her eyes at the table and her hands turned white that were in fist at her black trouser " isn't that right Mrs Lara?" asked Nathan. The woman shook ger her head as if it was about to fall the next seconds.
Nathan let out a dark chuckle " ok then, Tomorrow at uuuhh...." he glanced at his wrist watch and then to Rocky. Rocky gave him a nod and then Nathan said " just tomorrow, I don't know when, but I'll need the work done..... perfectly" and those were his last words and he stormed out of the room.
Meanwhile....
Lily held the sheets tightly and closed her eyes. She felt someone reached close at her and stood beside the bed. Since Lily slept with her right side which her back faced the culprit, the culprit didn't see her face that now was covered in sweats. After a few perfect minutes, Lily felt as if he is not making any move. She decided to turn her head only to see a bright shining knife falling directly at her face.
She quickly grabed the sharp edged knife and held it with all her mighty energy. The culprit seem to be skilled and super powerful.
Lily felt all her energy was drawing and disappearing. She used her right leg to kick the left upper side of the stomach and dropped down from the bed, when struggled to reach for the knife block. The bright shining knife came swinging by and stabbed her at her upper back and she pulled it out by force and let more blood to scatter on the floor.
She held the knife and observed it " this knife...." she started to see blur and she turned and saw the culprit took out another knife smiling at the work he has done. He chuckled " how does it feel girl, this our new and the best weapon. Isn't it beautiful?" He move to where Lily was and grabbed her ponytail.
Lily didn't make any sound for the stab that she got or grab of the hair. When the man raised the knife wanting to go for the third stab, he felt something hot, sharp and the pain that he couldn't say how it felt like, and he heard Lily saying " it is indeed beautiful" she rotated the knife in his insides when he wanted to scream, she covered his mouth for the muffled sound only to be heard. She watched in his eyes and discovered he was a mere human.
" Your human after all..... I bet they took you here as a bet" she shook her head as if she had sympath to the man. While she pulled out the knife she spotted a black mark on the man's neck.
She ripped his white shirt open and saw a dragon that was in a circle. Her door was pushed opened and the other man entered with a silencer. He pointed the gun to Lily but Lily didn't bugde. She observed the man and in an blink of an eye she reached Infront of the man and stab the man's eye and pulled out the knife and stab him at the neck twice and the man fell on the ground.
She felt her legs gave out and she fell on the ground that was now painted in red " no, I can't pass out yet....." she groaned, the pain that she is feeling right at the moment has never occurred in her life, she dragged her self near her bed and rested her small back at the edge of the bed.
She took out her phone and dialed Abby's number. It rang twice and abby picked up " what's up buddy, missed me already?" Abby's sleepy voice was heard in the phone. Lily smiled in relief, she was truly thankful that abby was safe and sound.
" Abby.... I'm in really bad shape right now" she groaned, the blood couldn't stop, her hands were trembling the way she held her phone with her thumb and her index finger.
" Are you in pain? you sound like you're in pain? does your menstruation starts? did you use the tips I t----" Lily chuckled, " no Abby, there are some dudes attacked me here and they used this some kind of crystal knives" Lily tried to sound normal but her mind and heart couldn't. The tears were rolling down her eyes before she could know it.
" The knives are beautiful actually..... shiny" Lily chuckled " are you out of your damn mind Lily?!" Abby sounded shocked " I'm coming there and don't you dare go anywhere" said Abby and before she could hang up.
Lily said "I won't move with these bloody wounds Abby"
Abby screamed and hang up the phone. Lily tried to stay awake " I missed you mom" those were the last words she said before she fell in the floor.
" I have to stay awake until Abby reaches here" soon her door swang open and Abby got in. Lily was releaved and soon she completely fell unconscious.
" Lily, lily li---" abby called. But all Lily could hear were muffled slight sobs from Abby.

After a short meeting, Nathan went straight at home. He was exhausted and wanted to take a nap , not that he could. He has been lacking sleep for years. He couldn't sleep more than 2 hours.
He reached at his mansion that was located on a mountain. It was isolated far away from the city. The gate were opened and soon two houses were in sight. The fancy and classic houses that were black in colour with big glass windows that shows the lights inside.
The security was tight, bodyguards and 4 enormous dogs,the two Dobermanns and other two Bullmastiffs dogs where sitting beside the pillars of the first house that was at the east side. The east side house was were Nathan was currently staying while the westside house it is where the 4 head bodyguards where also currently reside.
When the black Forgiato came at halt, a bodyguard rushed and opened the door for Nathan and he got out. Rocky gave the key to the bodyguard and rushed at where the other three bodyguards where standing.
Rocky, Axel, Ace and Faith. 3 of them were men and one woman. They both stood at the door side and bowed when Nathan passed them straight at the glass doors that automatically opened.
When he reached inside his fancy designed house he took of his jacket and threw it at the near sofa and straightly went to the wet bar and took the bottle of the Balkan Vodka and took a large gulp.
He heard a knock at the door " what is it?" The tall brown haired bodyguard entered. " I'm sorry boss but is there anything i can help you with?" Nathan observed Axel and said " some peace and quiet, Axel"
Axel bowed and left. Nathan made his way to his room and locked the door behind him and went straight to the mirror located at the corner of the room and ripped his shirt off which revealed the roots- like veins that popped up on his uper back and on his left side strong abs.
