A magical riot erupted, unprecedented in its intensity!
A surge of magic power burst forth from Harry's body, filling the entire alleyway in an instant, like a massive flame unleashed.
Countless debris flew toward a few individuals, resembling bullets and cannonballs, attacking them indiscriminately.
Simultaneously, a man's clothes burst into flames inexplicably, another's body swelled, and someone else began to explode without reason...
"Don't... don't..."
Harry screamed, tears blurring his vision, his hands instinctively reaching out as if to pull back Uncle Felix who had vanished before his eyes.
Suddenly, a large hand rested on his head.
"You brat, I'm still here, why are you crying?"
Harry raised his head to see the familiar face.
Not the stern countenance that usually wore a gentle smile, but the cat-like face with warm, downy fur.
Felix surveyed the chaos in the alley caused by the magical riot, observing the few individuals who now seemed more embarrassed than threatening.
Of course, fear now dominated their faces.
"How is it possible... how could anyone survive the Killing Curse?"
A massive wooden staff materialized in Felix's hand, nearly as tall as a man. Various gnarled wooden blocks adorned its end, alongside ancient magical inscriptions. A large crow skull hung from the top.
"I take back what I said earlier; the magic here is indeed intriguing." Felix smiled, then tapped the staff forward, leaving behind a black dot in the void.
In the next instant, the two figures vanished.
The onlookers in Knockturn Alley exchanged bewildered glances, but then they felt the immense gravitational force emanating from the black spot in the void.
Some attempted to apparate and escape, only to find themselves pushed closer to the black spot, their bodies shattering as they were inevitably sucked in.
Like a black hole, the black spot violently swallowed everything around it—garbage, buildings, and lives.
...
...
A tremendous explosion reverberated through Knockturn Alley, causing nearby wizards to feel a slight tremor. Peering toward the source, all they could see was smoke and dust billowing into the sky.
A figure emerged from the alley, tears streaming down his face, his expression one of sheer terror. He stumbled forward, screaming, "It's a black hole... Someone created a black hole..."
"What's going on?!"
"Quick, come and see!"
"Alert the Ministry of Magic!"
"Could it be a battle between dark wizards?"
Diagon Alley and its surroundings erupted into chaos. Wizards hurriedly departed, while others rushed toward the scene of the incident.
Moonlight Castle, first floor.
As soon as Felix arrived, Lucifer appeared anxiously. "Felix, what just happened? I could feel it from here."
Felix waved him off, saying nothing, and made his way upstairs.
"I... I need to rest, feeling a bit weary."
Returning to the bedroom on the third floor, the door still bore the inscription "Moonlight Queen - Captain".
Felix collapsed onto the soft, expansive bed. At that moment, he didn't want to talk; he felt exhausted to his core.
"The Killing Curse, an advanced spell that taps into the origin. Yet it was cast by an ordinary wizard using an ordinary wand and incantation..."
A smile tugged at Felix's lips. The magic in this world seemed aberrant, extreme.
It piqued his intense curiosity.
Had he not imbibed the lunar eclipse potion just the day before, he might have faced greater peril.
When struck by the Killing Curse, he had activated a spell, harnessing the residual potency of the lunar eclipse potion to create a distorted, frenzied variant within the depths of his soul—a lunatic persona.
He then projected this persona outward, using it as a shield.
Even so, his soul bore significant damage and now felt drained.
But in the end, he left a parting gift for those individuals.
[A singularity].
A spell that destroys everything...
After mulling it over, he drifted into a deep slumber.
Downstairs, Lucifer questioned Harry about their recent ordeal. Once Harry finished recounting the events, Lucifer breathed a sigh of relief.
Being soul-bound to Felix , it's no wonder he felt uneasy earlier.
It seemed the curse targeted the soul.
But I reckon I'll be alright, just need a bit of rest.
Harry, feeling a bit anxious, asked, "Mr. Lucifer, will Uncle Felix be okay?"
Lucifer shook his head reassuringly. "Yes, he just needs some time to rest."
…
…
When Felix opened his eyes again, he immediately noticed the small figure by his side.
Sensing the awakening, Harry quickly raised his head, eyes red-rimmed. "Uncle Felix, you're awake."
"Are you crying?" Felix observed Harry, noting his normally green pupils now reddened from tears.
Harry felt a tad embarrassed. "No...no."
"Don't reveal your vulnerabilities easily," Felix advised calmly, his gaze soft. "If everyone can see your weaknesses, you'll only become a target for bullies."
"I'm not... I'm just... I'm just worried," Harry admitted, lowering his gaze, struggling to express himself.
"Worried about me?" Felix arched an eyebrow, recalling the moment Harry stood in front of him, attempting to shield him from the low-level curse.
Then he remembered Harry's magic riot when he thought Felix was gone.
"You're not yet a wizard, so it's understandable that you're concerned about me," Felix sighed.
"When you become a wizard, you'll realize worrying about me is the least of your concerns."
Harry didn't fully grasp the concept, but he nodded in agreement.
Shifting the conversation, Felix felt parched and hungry, so he inquired, "How long have I been asleep?"
"One week!"
Felix stared at the ceiling in disbelief. He had thought he was merely resting, not expecting to slumber for a whole week.
This is...
"So you've been here all week?" Felix asked.
Harry stood up abruptly, a bit flustered. "No... no, I've been working hard too. Most of the castle is cleaned up now!"
Felix was momentarily taken aback, then his brows furrowed. "But have you finished to clean the bathroom ? "
Harry blinked, then awkwardly admitted, "Not yet, sorry."
"It's alright," Felix breathed a sigh of relief.
"Uncle Felix, is there something dangerous in the bathroom?" Harry inquired curiously.
"No, it just contains my special hair oil and conditioner... Well, now it's just conditioner," Felix replied seriously.
Harry opened his mouth to respond but faltered.
Uncle Felix, truly enigmatic...
Nonetheless, Harry felt relieved to see Felix was alright.
"Don't celebrate too soon," Felix suddenly remarked, looking at Harry's confused expression before flashing his signature smile.
Somehow, Harry could discern Felix's current mood through the subtle movements of his smile.
For instance, this particular smile hinted that he, Harry Potter, was in for a surprise soon.
