The training continued despite the underlying tension beneath the air. Spheris was steadfast and resolute to learning how to handle a sword to his fullest.
He and Lirael sparred multiple times after, and soon he was learning very quickly how to handle one. He was even able to take her down a couple more times, this time without falling down along with her.
When he was satisfied with his sword training, Spheris didn't rest for the day, no. Rather he met with other Bearers who he had paid with his saved Soul Fragments in his Satchel to teach him how to handle other weapons.
Spheris met with one who taught him how to use a spear. It wasn't his best option when all things were said and done.
Then he moved to the bow and arrows. They were his least favorite. Spheris was big on movements, and they really offered little of it.
