The sky was his first view once again, but it was the daytime sky this time around, blazing upon his fatigued face.
Spheris squinted his eyes under the rays of the sun, then he pulled his back up, and sat on the rocky ground. He looked left and looked right, a confused frown on his face.
Now where was he?
His surroundings somewhat resembled the one from his dream, except less eerie and warped. Was this where he had laid while having the dream?
It made sense. Just like when he was in the trap caves and in the dream, the caves were given a more bizarre and unearthly redesign. It must have done the same to this... hilltop.
Sitting there, in the back of his mind, he continuously heard the words of his guardians resounding like a persistent drumbeat.
