As soon as the last monster fell, we were finally able to relax, even if only for a brief moment. The corridor, once clean and empty, was now stained with blood and littered with the bodies of the creatures. However, it wasn't as if these monsters were particularly hard to defeat.
"They came from the open sea? It seems like we've really entered another dimension. Though it's obvious, it's still a bit surprising"
When I heard Ellen's comment, I couldn't help but laugh wryly. Curiously, we were all full of anger towards whoever was sending us to these other dimensions, forcing us to play their little games. And yet, in the end, we ended up entering another dimension of our own volition.
