I glanced to where she was pointing and saw some kind of circle drawn on the ground. Ellen and Noelle were waiting just outside. As soon as they noticed us approaching, Ellen waved, signaling for us to hurry while aiming her bow in our direction, probably targeting our pursuers.
"Damn it! If they get inside that circle, we're toast!"
Someone shouted from the crowd chasing us; by the tone of his voice, it sounded like the same guy who gathered all these people. I ignored his words.
