The wedding ceremony of the Yan tribe hardly has any fixed rituals.
No need to say "I do" or speak of willingness to marry.
Even bowing to the ancestors is not required; the only real ceremonial act is to entwine the couple with a fine black cord in front of the Sea God's sculpture, signifying that from now on their destinies are bound together.
This ritual is called Poseidon's Entwine.
However, completing Poseidon's Entwine is extremely difficult.
Because, beforehand, the Rock Pirates will pose many challenges and obstacles, and only after accomplishing all of them can the final entwining by the Sea God take place, truly uniting them as husband and wife.
As for which challenges need to be completed, it all depends on the mood of the one presiding over the wedding.
