Looking eastward, one could still see a towering and majestic pass, as well as the enormous palaces laid out above it, atop which was a flight of stairs reaching straight to the sky, seemingly ascending towards the great sun high above.
Although the houses within the city couldn't compare with those of Dragon Palace City in their loftiness, they were nonetheless neat and tidy, and the spacious streets were lined with opulent buildings adorned with carved beams and painted rafters, shops and taverns, pharmacies and tailors... everything one needed for life or entertainment was readily available.
The gateways were as busy as markets, with a surging crowd of people; the city streets crisscrossed each other, with the rattle of carriages and the hustle and bustle of passersby shuttling through the streets, revealing the lively prosperity.
