The gates of Fulong Pass were tightly closed, and no one stood guard at the gate. As Song Yin and his two companions approached, they could see that the gate was covered in rust, and the wall beside it had much of its plaster peeling off.
Thump thump!
Zhang Fei Xuan raised his hand and struck the gate forcefully a few times, shaking loose the rusty ash and falling plaster, creating a cloud of dust.
It seemed that no one had been on duty to maintain this place for quite some time.

Song Yin furrowed his brows, his gaze fixed on the gate, then looking at the peeling wall plaster. He carefully peeled off a piece and then glanced back at the gate, his eyes filled with confusion.
This clearly looked different, but the material felt the same in his hands...
