"Granny, granny, please let me go, look, so many people are watching us." I felt that Granny's strength was truly extraordinary, as I struggled to break free for quite some time without success. Left with no choice, I had to plead for mercy.
"At my age, I could almost be your grandmother, what's the big deal if people see us? Come on, let's go. It's just having a meal at my place, it won't take too much of your time," Granny laughed heartily.
"But... But..."
"No buts, look, it's right there." Granny pointed at a bungalow not far away.
It was an extremely simple bungalow, seemingly without even a yard, clearly showing they hadn't lied about being poor and unable to offer me money as a reward. Of course, even if they could, I wouldn't have accepted it.
However, what puzzled me was why there was a faint smell of decay around Granny's bungalow. I was certain that this was not the work of Ghostly Entities.
