"Sure… there really is a ghost," the man seemed extremely frightened of the woman, and reluctantly got up from the bed upon hearing her shout. The expressions on his face were quite varied: there was helplessness, resentment, and of course, the most predominant was fear.
It was unclear whether he was more afraid of the ghost he mentioned, or of his current wife. Perhaps, the latter was more likely.
"I'm going to count to three. One!" The woman on the bed stretched out a finger after hearing the man's words.
"Okay, okay, I'll go… Is that good enough for you?" the man looked around the dimly-lit room for a moment, then slowly put on his shoes before dashing at lightning speed toward the light switch and smacked it down.
