Standing in front of the TV, Seow Seow felt her heart starting to beat faster. What would happen next? Would it truly be terrifying? She instinctively looked up at the clock on the wall: 12:35 AM.
But then Seow Seow calmed herself, thinking that despite having grown up hearing about ghostly entities, she had never actually seen one. If something truly horrifying were to happen, it wouldn't be so bad, and seeing a ghost would be even better.
Next, Seow Seow mulled over where to hide. After thinking for a while, she decided not to hide at all. Instead, she sat on the sofa in front of the TV and waited for the terrifying events to unfold.
Time ticked away second by second, but the ghostly apparition Seow Seow had been expecting did not appear. She looked up at the clock on the wall: 12:47 AM—more than half an hour had passed. Why was there no reaction at all? Out of options, Seow Seow decided to head to the bathroom to see just what was up with that doll.
