Several minutes had passed, and the patient's other leg was also sawn off; by this time, her complexion had turned somewhat pale, likely due to excessive blood loss. The doctor, however, seemed oblivious to the patient's pallor as he held the severed leg, examining and caressing it with care.

Next were the arms. The doctor moved forward and began sawing off the patient's arms, stroke by stroke. The sound of the saw scraping against bone immediately transmitted through the air, sending shivers down the spine.

As time passed, both arms were sawn off, and the doctor, just like before, held them in his hands, examining and caressing them closely.

After both arms had been removed, the doctor seemingly produced a scalpel from nowhere and began to cut from the neck down under the armpit; blood flowed down with the scalpel. Perhaps because so much blood had been lost from the arms and legs, blood was no longer streaming down the body but seeping out steadily.
