Accompanied by Black and White Impermanence, Qin Shou didn't need to queue. He rushed through the crowd and charged into the grand hall of the Rewarding Division, only to be startled upon entry—there were countless rooms!
In the center of the hall, there sat a man in a green robe, engrossed in a book he held in his hands.
Qin Shou tiptoed to peek into the rooms, and saw that each room contained a green-robed figure judging a ghost. Some ghosts came out looking worried, while others emerged joyously, all heading towards the next great hall, the Punishing Division.
