White Impermanence pointed to a golden light in the west of the Road to the Netherworld and said, "Bunny, do you see that mountain glowing with golden light? That's the Buddha's light, and seated there is Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, with his hundreds of millions of buddha soldiers."
Then White Impermanence pointed to the north of the Road to the Netherworld, where it was dark and gloomy, and if one looked closely, one could see dark red mists swirling around.
White Impermanence continued, "That is the Netherworld Blood Sea, traversed by the Nether River, the domain of the Nether River Patriarch and countless Asuras."
Following that, White Impermanence waved his vast hand across the remaining directions and said, "All that's left is the jurisdiction of the Netherworld, but the place is so vast, many areas can't be properly looked after, and there's loads of chaotic stuff existing. The place we are heading to now is Fengdu City of the Netherworld."
