Master Lu erupted in rage, soared into the sky, and transformed into a long rainbow that chased after the quarry in an instant. Focusing his gaze, Master Lu was dumbfounded...
"Rabbit! Is it you?" Master Lu exclaimed as he looked down at the plump rabbit below.
However, the rabbit did not stop, but continued gnawing on an old tree!
Master Lu frowned and reached out to grab it!
Just then, strands of golden light burst forth from within the rabbit, and following a roar from the rabbit, its entire body shimmered with brilliant gold as if it had been cast in gold itself! The whole world was transfixed as the rabbit shone like a golden sun!
Suddenly, there was a tremendous sound in the sky, and dark clouds converged!
Seeing this, a flicker of surprise crossed Master Lu's eyes, "Heavenly retribution? How is that possible? Where would the Heavenly Court get heavenly retribution from?"
Master Lu hastily retreated and set up layer upon layer of prohibitions, sealing off all directions!
