The next day arrived, the golden sun peering through the windows of the palace and casting a warm glow within the entire building. I sat in the dining room with Laevatein and Helia, the three of us trying to think about our next course of action.
Lyndis joined us in the dining room, sitting down with us and giving us a warm smile. "Good morning everyone, did you all sleep well?"
Laevatein glanced at Lyndis, a soft sigh escaping her lips. "Yeah, we slept as good as we could...but not good enough to call us 'well rested'."
Lyndis nodded and smiled softly at Laevatein. "I'm glad you all at least got some form of sleep. Do you all need anything? Like I told Shiro last night, you're all welcome to stay in Vana Ljosalf for as long as you need while you recover from escaping Muspel."
