"jace, are you okay?" Irene knew that instead of continuing to provoke Kendall, it would be better to comfort Jace. She cried and leaned against his chest.

"Jace, I'm sorry. I wish you hadn't stood up for me. Don't do it again next time. Let others misunderstand and abuse me instead!"
