"Grandpa, Grandma," Kendall greeted them, "How have you been recently? Are you in good health?"
"Daughter-in-law is back? The general and I are in good health," Grandma replied with a kind face, coming over to hold Kendall's hand. "How is your back injury?"
When Kendall won the championship, both she and Anos had watched in front of the TV, brimming with pride. Despite their pride, they were also concerned, especially knowing that Kendall had only spent three months practicing figure skating, enduring numerous falls.
"It's fine, nothing serious," Kendall reassured them.
Grandma nodded, "That's good to hear."
"Kendall," Anos interjected, "We came back from the country this time with two matters to discuss."
"Please tell me," Kendall said.
"First, we want you and Damien to get engaged and hold an engagement banquet," Grandma said with an expectant look.
