Asher and the others gathered around, booing and teasing:
"Whoa, Damien Knight is so good!"
Kendall had just heard that Damien Knight wasn't there and looked disappointed. "Are you happy now?"
Everyone fell silent at Kendall's raised voice, with a question mark in her tone. "Didn't you say Damien wasn't here? You actually lied to me together?"
Everyone immediately retracted their arrogant necks.
Malina chose to reveal the truth, "Damien asked us to say that."
Luke nodded in agreement. "Yes, everything was arranged by Damien, including pretending to be sick."
It was Damien who had orchestrated the surprise, bringing everyone over. The main culprit was definitely Damien.
Hearing this, Kendall turned around and looked up at Damien with dangerous eyes. "Why did you make my father pretend to be sick to lie to me?"
