"Elaine?" Ben was surprised when he saw a woman with the smile he missed so much suddenly come.
Ben runs and approaches Elaine quickly.
"Elaine, you …." Ben's eyes suddenly fall on Elaine's belly, which had grown very large. Yes, it cannot be denied that Ben's heart ached when he found out that Elaine was pregnant and of course Ben was not the father of her baby. That means, Elaine has made love with another man. That was a fact that Ben could not deny.
"Oh, I will give birth in three weeks." Elaine says while she was reflexively stroking her big belly, as if she knew where Ben's eyes were.
"You—you are going to give birth? Three weeks from now?" Ben asks in a halting tone.
"Yes, the doctor said so." Elaine answers firmly.
"Elaine was the one who insisted on going back to work. Looks like she really misses you, Ben." Jasmine says with a small laugh, making Ben's white face turns red.
