"Yes, Bloodline Ability is unique and rare among everyone. It can be either awakened or passed down through the bloodline... You could say it's an additional attribute," the Empress explained, her voice softening as she spoke, a hot breath hitting Aether's face.
"I see..." Aether nodded, his curiosity piqued, "What's your bloodline then?"
"The Meridian Bloodline of the Mermaid race.... It possesses the innate ability to soothe and warm others, nothing much!" she replied, her gaze meeting his with an intensity that sent a shiver down his spine.
"Mermaid? That means you are a mermaid?" Aether asked, his eyes wide with surprise as he glanced at her lower half, expecting to see a slimy fishtail but instead seeing her voluptuous, curvaceous figure.
"Yes," she confirmed.
Aether's expression was one of shock and awe. He asked her to transform into a mermaid, but she dismissed his request with a wave of her hand.
