I came to my senses after a while and returned to the place where the vampires were gathered whereas the injured vampire captain was carried by some werewolves and brought to my side as well. Even though I used the [Breath of Life] on him, he didn't look very good.
Well, that was what I was hoping after all. I stepped forward, only for a few vampires to bare their fangs at me but the werewolves kept them in control.
"If I wanted to kill him, I would have done it already," I said as I knelt next to the vampire and fed him the healing potion once again, only this time, with a touch of surprise.
The potion worked instantly and just as the vampire captain came to, I grabbed his hands and said, "I've had enough. Of course, if you want to fight, I more than welcome it."
