For a B- artifact, the effects were a bit lackluster if I have to say so myself. But the main point was its look. Aesthetically, by my standards, I would have to give this dress a five, or six at best.
But then again, I was considering it by my standards. By the standards of this world, it would be somewhere around eleven. I still think something is missing though.
