"Aarrghh!!" I was startled by the sudden shout. I opened my eyes, to see a startled boy in front of me in a shaking carriage.
"Have you lost your mind?" I heard Rafael's voice who was sitting next to the boy.
"It hurts," I replied simply and closed my eyes. It hurt really, really much. So much so that I felt like someone was poking my bare head with radioactive needles. It was actually very bad. I had never, ever felt like this before.

Hell. If I knew it would have been like this, I wouldn't have tried that and just looked for the barrier nodes. Unfortunately, I was too hung up on hurting a powerful enemy and I, for sure as hell, thought that I could take it.
