Delegates from all different worlds, across the Milky Way Galaxy ,as well as the Pegasus galaxy ,and the Ida galaxy, had been arriving on Lumeria for three day's ,some came by ship , some by Stargate , some had come in ships through the super gates ,crossing from one galaxy to another instantaneously.
From the Pegasus galaxy came representatives of the coalition of worlds, as well as the Travelers and the Genii, the Athosians and other worlds of the Pegasus Galaxy.
From the Ida Galaxy, the representatives of the Dawning , and three other races ,that the Asgard had known in the past, the Asgard that were working with the Tau'ri, in the Ida galaxy , had made the introductions to the Tau'ri .
The three races had humanoid forms, all of which looked very different from humans, they were also very different from each of the other races ,each race was unique ,having evolved from different creatures ,on each of their respective home planets over millions of years .
The Miopantherin from the planet Miophane, a tall humanoid race standing at over seven feet ,with a cat like appearance, making them look like walking tigers ,an intelligent, graceful and peaceful race of people , at a very similar technological level of the Travelers from the Pegasus galaxy .
From the planet Ricaro , the Ricarians a race that had evolved from reptiles, have a technological level similar to that of twentieth century Earth ,a proud warrior like people, heavily muscled standing at five and a half feet tall.
The Jandari a race of people who had evolved from a creature that resembled a bear, standing at six and a half feet tall , the Jandari a race that put knowledge above all else , the jandari were technologically at a level on par with the Miopantherin.
The five great races, had developed a way for any sentient race to be able to understand each other, without having to learn their respective languages , it had taken some of the greatest minds of the five races, months of hard work to develop it , finally it was ready,they engineered a harmless microbe, that once in the body would colonize at the base of the brain , this microbe would create a form of telepathic link, the link would translate what was said and heard , enabling communication and understanding between different races speaking different languages ,the translator microbes could be injected into the body, or it could be released in a gas directly into the atmosphere of a planet, and the sentient race on the planet would breathe in the microbes ,allowing for the entire race of the planet quick access to the translator microbes , once in the body it would become a part of their genetic makeup and be passed on to future generations, ensuring that all future generations would have it from birth , many worlds across the Milky Way, Pegasus and Ida galaxies had already received the translator microbes ,all the attending delegates to the first meeting of the united worlds, who had not already been given translator microbes ,received the translator microbes upon arriving at Lumeria.
Gerald Dandridge a minister of the Tau'ri council ,a former minister of Great Britain , after the disclosure and the advancement, of the people of Earth had taken place, the governments of Earth had merged to create the United council of the Tau'ri, he stood at the podium of the United world's ,looking out at the delegates from many different worlds , and some of them from different galaxies , he was feeling nervous, he was about to give the first speech to ever be heard in the new forum of the United worlds , taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, he began to speak .
" Esteemed delegates welcome to the first meeting of the United worlds.
I am Gerald Dandridge , a minister of the Tau'ri high council .
Never before in history have people from different worlds , different cultures and different races ,come together from five different galaxies, to put aside their differences to make a better future for all the citizens , together we can make the difference, for all to benefit and to prosper , for all to live in peace and harmony , to ensure the rights and freedoms of all citizens.
For to long the the strong have taken what they wanted, at the expense of those who were weaker than themselves , the Tau'ri and the Asgard stood alone ,against those who would conquer ,enslave and destroy, the five great races have brought the end of tyrants such as the Goauld, the Ori ,the Wraith and the Lucian alliance ,as well as other threats that the common people had little hope of overcoming , now it is time for us all to join as one, and ensure that never again will the mighty be permitted to bring destruction on civilizations not of their own.
We have arrived at a time when we can all join together, to ensure the rights and sovereignty of all worlds within our five galaxies, if we work together , or we can choose to turn away from the responsibilities that are before us, and continue to only think of ourselves ,our own nations and allow what has happened throughout history to continue ,war ,destruction ,poverty and death ,sorrow the only reward that can come from such thinking, and the only outcome that can come from it is stagnation , empire's rise and fall ,to be forgotten in the end having never reached the full potential that they could have achieved, if they had embraced the idea that every race has the right to exist,in peace and freedom .
I say it's time for you all to join us ,the five great races and help ensure the sovereignty of each and every race, every world has the right to live in peace ,to see their children grow ,to defeat poverty ,hunger and disease, to flourish and advance, to reach their full potential ,to always strive to be better.
Together we can achieve this goal, together we can help each other, not just ourselves this has been the goal of the five great races .
I ask you now will you join us in this goal, or will you leave here and once again turn inward ,will you put aside your differences ,or will you seek only what benefits yourselves .
The people of the five great races, have strived to bring freedom to all, join us in this endeavor ,so all who become part of this great institution the United worlds ,can benefit and all future members of the United worlds will also benefit ,together we can have a better brighter future ,as we continue to explore our universe ,and increase our knowledge and understanding .

The chamber erupted in applause, all were in agreement that the way forward was to work together .
Fireworks ,music and celebrations, were held throughout the city of Lumeria ,the festivities continued for several days, the first meeting of the United worlds had been a great success ,and televised ,across every Tau'ri and Asgard world .
