Two Jaffa Hatak's ships appeared in orbit above the planet Tharanton .
On board the cloaked Tau'ri ship the Phoenix,
Fleet commander Samantha Carter smiled, when she saw the Jaffa ships drop out of hyperspace ,the planet below had been discovered by the Tau'ri ,and had signed the protected planet treaty only days earlier.
" Put us between the ships and the planet, power all weapons, drop the cloak and raise shields" said Samantha Carta.
The Phoenix suddenly appeared before the Jaffa ships.
"Open a channel to all ships " said the commander.
" All Jaffa ships I am Samantha Carta, fleet commander of the Tau'ri fleet in this galaxy.
The planet below is a member of the protected planets treaty" said Carta.
" We are Warriors of the Jaffa Empire , we do not recognize the treaty, and we make claim to this world, it will become part of the Jafar Empire". Said the Jaffa .
" Leave this world and do not return, the ship you face is vastly superior to your level of technology, any move towards the planet will be taken as and act of war, and I assure you that your destruction will be guaranteed"said Carta.
The three Jaffa mother ships opened fire on the Phoenix ,volley after volley, hit the powerful blossoming shields of the Phoenix, with no effect.
" Return fire, target the first and second ship" said the fleet commander.
Drones were fired from the Phoenix impacting the shields of the Jaffa mothership, and ripped through her before arching over an impacting the ship again, before finally exploding .
The Phoenix had fired four Asgard beam weapons at the second ship ,and the beams tore through the hull of the ship, like a hot knife through butter , the two ships exploded.
Seeing the other ships destroyed so easily, the remaining ship jumped into hyperspace and was gone.
