She was downloaded into the new form replicator body, that was identical in appearance to her original human body.
The former replicator body of Elizabeth was destroyed, and then Elizabeth was revived.
Elizabeth opened her eyes and looked into a familiar face .
"Radick what is happening the last thing I remember,is stepping through the space gate then nothing until just now .
I feel different somehow ,and just where am I"said Elizabeth.
"Well there is a lot I have to tell you, so please bare with me and I will do my best to explain "said Radick.
"you are on earth at the SGC we recovered you from space, and brought you here where we downloaded you into the new race of replicators.
The new race of replicators are not a weapon ,they were designed to be citizens and to construct not destroy, so they do not suffer the dilemma that caused the issue in the first place, they wished to be citizens but they were designed to kill. and be to be a war machine.
This was a design flaw because of this flaw, they were discarded by the ancients, and the ancients believed that they had destroyed their discarded failed project .
This caused a form of psychosis in the old form replicators, and they began seeking to replace the long gone creators that they Imitated, and they tried to destroy anything that was to do with the ancients.
So you will not feel in conflict with yourself anymore .

Elizabeth was taken back from what she had just heard .
"Radick tell me how long have I been gone ,and how things have changed "asked Elizabeth .
"What I can tell you is that you have been gone for two years ,a lot has happened but I can't say to much ,I was informed that the president wants to be the one who brings you up to date, so I can't say any more I'm sorry Elizabeth "said Radick.
Elizabeth and Radick entered the office of general Hank Landry,and standing up from his desk the General shook hands with Dr. Elizabeth Weir.
"Welcome home to earth Elizabeth,we will be beaming to the president in just a moment ".
The general then taped his ear piece ,and informed Walter that they were ready for beaming .
Seconds later, a silvery white light engulfed them, and they were beamed away to the new Air Force One .
The old aircraft was now retired a museum piece now ,the new Air Force One was a powerful Aura class ship.
Appearing on Air Force One in front of the President, was Doctor Elizabeth Weir,Doctor Radick Zelenka and general Hank Landry.
"Welcome back Elizabeth I want to commend you for all that you have given, all that you have done ,and all that you have sacrificed for your nation for your world and the human race.
I wish to thank you for all that you achieved while you were in command of Atlantis, and I know that we can never repay you for your sacrifices .
We can recognize and honor what you have given, I wish to bestow upon you the highest honor for a civilian, the Tau'ri medal of valor"Said the president .
The president presented a medal and placed it around Elizabeth's neck, and said "it is my honor to award you Doctor Elizabeth Wier ,the civilian medal of valor" said the president.
"Right down to business then, I have to inform you that in the two years that have passed.
We have come along way, the Asgard returned and have changed, the Ancients saved the Asgard at the last moment and solved their genetic issues.
The Ancients have returned and taken corporal form.

" I think that I would like to remain a replicator, as I feel that I have a unique perspective of having been human and also being a replicator, I can see from the experience of both and this can be of benefit representing the replicators" said Elizabeth.
Then it is my pleasure as the president of the Tau'ri high council ,to be able to formally recognize that you Elizabeth Weir, are the recognized president of the replicator people. .

Elizabeth thanked the president and promised to always do the best for both races .
