They had barely survived the onslaught. And, here he was already asking about entering the tower again. It was as if he had gone mad after surviving the calamity.
Having spent most of his life in this place, Kaiser wasn't fond of returning. If possible, he didn't want to return to this place at all.
He already had enough of it. Moreover, he was bored of this place.

If only he didn't get the option to leave, he might still continue to advance further. But he had the opportunity to leave, so why would he risk such an opportunity?
