Chapter 16 - Episode 16:Another Special Case?!

Scene 1:

(Tarra)"Ehh? I'm not... dead yet!!"

The words burst out in a mix of surprise and defiance, Tarra's disbelief quickly giving way to a flicker of determination.

(Ceros)"Hehehehe... Time to raise our level, Dark Fly."

His voice dripped with mockery, each word carrying an air of sinister confidence as his grin widened, immense energy crackling around him.

Tarra was frozen in shock, her mind racing, yet no words came to her lips. She couldn't comprehend what had just happened.

Ceros, however, seemed unfazed. Hovering midair, he held Tarra securely, his grip steady. A confident grin spread across his face as his eyes locked onto the special case, a mix of defiance and amusement radiating from his expression.

(Tarra)"Ceros??!!!"

Tarra's voice broke through her shock, a mix of disbelief and confusion spilling out as she stared at him, her mind racing to catch up with what was happening.

(Ceros)"Tarra, leave him for me. I want to have some fun with him, Hehehehe."

His voice was dripping with malice, a dark gleam in his eyes as he spoke, the promise of chaos lingering in every word.

Ceros slowly released his grip on Tarra, allowing her to regain her footing as she came to her senses. Though still reeling from the shock, there was something unmistakably off about him—a strange, almost palpable energy emanated from Ceros.

Tarra, her instincts sharp, took a cautious step back, the unease growing as she sensed that Ceros was on the verge of revealing something far darker than she had anticipated.

"Thinking of you, I believed you were nothing more than a NON-ELEMENTAL FLY... and yet, here you are, opposing me. Hahahahahahahaha!"

His laughter echoed, mocking and cruel, as he revelled in the absurdity of the challenge before him.

(Fiaras)"So... you're finally making your move, Ceros,"

Fiaras said, his tone calm yet knowing. He was fully aware of the immense strength and power Ceros possessed, and the anticipation in his voice was replaced by a quiet certainty that this confrontation would be unlike any other.

(Inferno)"Fiaras, I know damn well that you're aware of his power level, but..."

The words trailed off, carrying an edge of frustration and challenge as if Inferno was about to reveal something critical or take the conversation in an unexpected direction.

On the other side, Ceros's power surged outward, an uncontrollable wave of force emanating from him even without a transformation. The sheer intensity of his elemental pressure filled the air, warping the very atmosphere around him.

Tarra, who flew so close, felt the full weight of his power. A sudden, involuntary shiver ran down her spine, the oppressive aura freezing her in place. Her breath caught in her chest as the force of his presence seemed to tighten around her, a cold reminder of just how dangerous he truly was.

(Fiaras)"Inferno, what exactly do you mean?!"

Fiaras's words were sharp, laced with frustration and confusion, as Fiaras demanded clarity, their patience quickly wearing thin.

(Inferno)"I'm sure you know that when I was the Flame Master before you, Ceros was, by my design, the Vice Master—just like you..."

Inferno's speech carried a weight of history, a quiet authority in Inferno's tone as he made the comparison clear, hinting at a deeper connection.

(Inferno)"In fact, he was also—stronger than me back then... and even now!!"

Inferno's voice wavered slightly, a mix of awe and reluctant acknowledgement, as he revealed a truth that seemed almost impossible to accept.

Fiaras stood frozen, his eyes widening in disbelief at the sudden confession from Inferno.

The words hung in the air, their weight sinking in as he processed the shocking revelation. For a moment, it felt as though time itself had paused, the truth hitting him harder than he could have ever anticipated.

The special case stood motionless, his lips unmoving, as he watched Ceros's sudden surge in power. There was a flicker of intrigue in his gaze, but it quickly turned to confusion. For Ceros, it wasn't a development at all—it was something far deeper, something he had been hiding all along.

(Fiaras)"Wait!! Inferno, this means he did the same thing with you as he did with me—pretending to be weaker than the current Flame Master. That means—"

The realization hit like a shockwave, and Fiaras's voice trailed off, disbelief slowly giving way to a chilling understanding.

(Inferno)"Yes, Fiaras. One of the former flame masters of sector 72, The real second-strongest Elemental warrior under the sector master---"

The words hung in the air, heavy with the weight of the revelation, the gravity of what was being shared finally sinking in.

Something began to drip from Ceros's mouth, an orange-red, viscous liquid that splattered onto the ground.

As it touched the earth, the dirt reacted violently, fusing with the liquid in a swirl of ash-like smoke that rose ominously into the air. The scene seemed to hold its breath, the air thick with the unnatural transformation began to take place.

(Inferno)"The Flame Master who came before me…"

The words trailed off, laden with unspoken understanding, as if Inferno was acknowledging the deep legacy and untold strength behind the title.

Ceros raised his right arm forward, his hand trembling slightly as the same orange-red liquid began to drip from his fingers. Slowly, deliberately, he closed his fist, the liquid falling in steady drops, each one leaving a faint trail of smoke as it touched the air. The tension in the atmosphere grew thicker with every movement.

"You... I recognize this element... You BASTARD!"

The words burst out in a rush of fury and disbelief, as the special case's eyes widened with the horrifying realization.

"You've been hiding this all this time!"

(Ceros)"I haven't felt like this in a long time..."

The words dripped with a dark satisfaction, a twisted grin spreading across Ceros's face.

(Ceros)"You're so unfortunate, to be crushed by the full force of my true form—or worse... fused with it."

(Inferno)"Fiaras, he's about to reveal his true form—his true Element!"

The urgency in Inferno's voice was unmistakable, his words slicing through the tension as he realized the magnitude of what was about to happen.

Ceros raised his hand high above him, his arm outstretched as the orange-red liquid began to trail down his entire right arm, pooling at his fingertips.

The tension in the air thickened, the liquid pulsing with strange energy as steam hissed and spiralled around him, intensifying with every passing moment.

The atmosphere grew heavier, charged with an overwhelming force that promised something catastrophic was about to unfold.

(Fiaras)"This is---No way!!"

The words escaped in a breathless gasp, laced with disbelief and shock, as the full weight of the situation hit Fiaras like a sudden blow.

(Trosar)"This Element... Why did you hide it in the shadows, this entire time, Ceros?!!"

Trosar's voice was thick with frustration and disbelief, the question hanging heavy in the air as if demanding an answer to a mystery that had just been unearthed.

(Inferno)"This warrior standing before you is A Flame Special Case..."

The words were deliberate, each one weighing heavily in the air, as Inferno revealed a truth that seemed impossible to believe.

Ceros's smile widened, a dark gleam in his eyes as he hovered in the air, facing the special case, who, despite their caution, couldn't mask the unease at Ceros's growing power.

The liquid that had been dripping from his hand suddenly erupted, splattering in all directions as his entire arm began to morph.

The liquid shifted, contorting, until his arm was fully transformed, taking on the unmistakable form of his true Element—an embodiment of pure, destructive force.

(Inferno)"The most rare Flame Special Case Holder, The Vulcan Magma, CEROS!!

The words rang out, heavy with awe and recognition, as the truth of Ceros's terrifying power was finally revealed, sending a ripple of shock through the air.

(Ceros)"Time to shine beneath my eruptions, Dark Fly."
