Chapter 8 - Chapter 8 Feud - Azog

The next day, everyone packed up and set foot on the journey again.

Although there were some changes last night, apart from scaring the horses away, there were no casualties, so it didn't take much effort.

Under the sun, the scenery of the originally dark Troll Forest has also changed. The air is fresh, and the sun shines on the green tree shadows and leaves. The flower-scented bird songs came, but it was even more vibrant.

Carl was in a good mood, humming a cheerful tune that everyone could not understand, and slowly walked forward with everyone.

After another half-day trek, the Troll Forest was left behind by them, and the scenery in front of them began to change again.

The barren boulders lie on the low and uneven hills, and the sparse yellow grass covers this area.

Carl began to feel bored again. He glanced at Sorin, who was on the side, and thought for a while, but asked, "Sorin, which hand did Azog cut off from you?"

Sorin cast a glance at Carl and didn't want to say it, but recalling the scene that happened last night, he said dully: "Left hand. That guy should be dead, what are you asking for?"

Azog was his contrasting role in the battle of fame, and Thorin naturally remembered that he won the title of Oak Shield after defeating that guy.

"Did he die?" Hearing Sorin's words, Carl's mouth curled into an inexplicable smile.

According to the plot, Azog, who had one hand cut off, did not die. He wanted to do the opposite, and even hooked up with the Dark Lord Sauron.

On their trip to Lonely Mountain, they have to cross the Misty Mountains, and the Orcs led by Azog were active on that side. If they were discovered by Azog, it would be interesting.

Thinking of how Thorin was constantly hunted down by the Orcs sent by Azog in the original plot, Carl couldn't help but touch the dagger at his waist.

Orcs, according to rumors, are fallen creatures transformed from elves captured by the great devil Morgoth."

"These guys have ugly bodies and distorted faces. They have long lost the beauty and advantages that are unique to elves and have become cruel by nature and aggressive.

They once followed Morgoth and launched several great battles in Middle-earth, bringing great terror and disaster to the creatures of Middle-earth.

Although it took several epochs for both elves and humans to finally triumph, driving these corrupt species back to the remote badlands of the Misty Mountains, the cruelty of these creatures has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Therefore, all the creatures on the continent will not have mercy on these guys.

Carl is certainly no exception.

Although these ugly things alone can provide him with not a lot of experience, but they are better in number. He might be able to level up with just a few waves.

Carl thought, and glanced at Sorin next to him again. I hope Azog finds his foe sooner.

Carl's heart fluttered.

.....

On the other side, it seems that God sensed the thoughts in Carl's mind.

In the troll forest, where Carl and the others were stationed last night, there was a sudden burst of wolf howling around.

"Puff puff!" The bushes were broken open, and a few huge wargs suddenly rushed out of the jungle.

"Bang!" On the Warg, a tall man, or Orc, jumped down.

Looking at the trolls in front of him who were dying miserably, there was a surge of anger in his heart: "Who is it, who did it!"

Azog is in a really bad mood right now. The men he had just recruited were killed before they could use it well. Could there be anything worse than this?

Now, under the order of the Dark Lord Sauron, he recruits troops everywhere and secretly develops his power. What is it for?

In order to one day lead the army again, start a war, defeat the elves and humans who are, damn it, so as to catch the man hiding behind the humans and wash away the shame he gave him back then?

Therefore, he absolutely cannot tolerate anyone sabotaging his plan.

After thinking about it, Azog suddenly calmed down again.

The strength of his trolls is not low, and there are also a lot of them. Who and that strength can kill them all abruptly?

Azog endured his anger and looked at the surrounding scene again.

The site is full of potholes, and there are many broken trees all around, mixed with blood and troll limbs. It looks like a splendid purgatory on earth.

Obviously, there was a fierce battle here last night.

While thinking about it, Azog frowned after checking the surrounding situation.

The wounds on the trolls are very strange. Except that one was cut off and the other was shot through the heart, the rest of the trolls had an iron sword stuck in their heads.

These are all one-hit-kill attacks, but who is so powerful that they can skip the troll's attack and fall on their heads?

Just thinking about it, Azog suddenly looked at a piece of cloth on the ground for a moment and then slowly squatted down with an unbelievable expression.

He took the piece of cloth, put it between his nose, and sniffed it lightly. Then, a burst of anger, excitement, and boundless excitement appeared in his eyes.

"This smell, he will not forget even if he dies, the person who brought him endless memories of humiliation, actually appeared here?

"Hahaha, Sorin, I didn't expect it to be you, good, good." Azog climbed up on the warg again and greeted the others, looking eastward.

His anger over the killing of the trolls had vanished, and instead was replaced by an endless flame of vengeance.

He lives for revenge. For this reason, he even sold his soul to Sauron. So, how could he let go of the traces of the old man?

In other words, this time, it really didn't take much effort to get it. That damned mouse ran out of the territory of humans and elves.

"Sorin," Azog's mouth twisted into a cruel smile, "I'll let you taste the pain of a broken arm, too."

...

As Gandalf and the others went deep into the barren hills and highlands, and after walking for half a day, they suddenly found a huge cave.

Hidden under a boulder, the cave is overgrown with weeds, and it looks like few people or animals have walked by.

For such an underground cave, most people would not choose to go down to check it. After all, no one knows what will be hidden in the darkness.

Sometimes even a small venomous snake can kill you unexpectedly.
