Sebastian broke through his illusions and appeared before the woman. The look on her face, one of pure horror, made the rune master ecstatic. She tried to hurl another dart at Sebastian, but she was too slow.
The rune master's sword pierced her heart before she could even raise her arm, passing through her ribs with uncanny precision.
The woman could only make a gasp, but that didn't last for long. As Sebastian pulled his sword out of her chest, she fell to the ground, bleeding onto the burning carpet.
Witold, hearing the woman's last gasp, whirled towards the sound. But in the chaos of flames and illusions, he couldn't understand what had happened clearly, although he had the inkling he was now alone against this monster in human flesh. "Where are you?" he said. "Face me, coward! You kill women?"
"Pretty funny said by you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. OH! I ALMOST FORGOT! O-N-E!"
