What Sebastian wanted to do was to make the illusions overlap with the mana helpers, creating a new kind of deception, one that no one ever did. One that only he could do.
"Oh, this will not be just smoke and mirrors anymore. It's more like smoke, mirrors, and a dash of 'What the hell just happened?' I'm not just pulling rabbits out of hats; I'm pulling Sebastians out of thin air."
The helpers could physically manifest into the world, but they looked plain. But what if an illusion covered them, giving him his appearance?
To any observer, it would look like multiple versions of Sebastian were spread across the battlefield. The illusions lacked tangibility but could get to levels where they would be completely similar to him. Overlapping with the helpers, they would get tangibility.
"If it works, I will really need to see if I can make a single rune out of this trick."
With his illusions ready, he gave the order.
"Enact my will. Death."
