Sebastian observed the artifact maker working on his craft. Some days ago, he found out the man was called Liam Taylor.
He didn't miss a day in his workshop, or better at his stall, where he worked on stuff in real time while simultaneously selling stuff.
Since artifacts were usually smaller than swords or armor, he had fewer problems bringing them to work.
He was currently doing that, with some of his tools on a counter. Contrary to others, Liam didn't display his goods; rather, he displayed his skills.
He was pretty decent as an armament maker, though; he didn't really look like someone used to this kind of work, so maybe he started learning just recently but had enough time to reach the first tier by completing his first compression level.
