Sebastian came out of Ezra's house with a grin so wide it looked like he was auditioning to be the new Cheshire Cat, or perhaps trying to outshine a jack-o'-lantern on Halloween night.

Indeed. There could be everything on those notes, maybe something Miles was working on, and he couldn't achieve because technology didn't reach that kind of level. Or maybe it was something he couldn't complete because he lacked time. But there could also be nothing there.
