The two quickly arrived. Sebastian followed Knight Leo through a side entrance into the city walls.
Everyone paid their respects to him.
"Have you seen Kasim? I have some orders from the mayor," Knight Leo said.
"I will escort you to him, sir," a man said. Sebastian noticed a guy talking to another man as they got closer. He didn't know them, of course. But the two were examining huge diagrams spread out
"Ah, Kasim, there you are," Leo said, drawing the men's attention. Sebastian understood who Kasim was but did not know about the other guy. "Miles, it's a pleasure to see you!"
Kasim was a tall, broad-shouldered man with a weathered face and calloused hands from years of physical labor.
The other, Miles, was completely different—a wiry, bespectacled man with unkempt hair and a perpetual smudge of grease on his cheek.
Miles looked up from the schematics, a spark of excitement in his eyes.
